1800 W. Roscoe Village – Chicago, IL

This building at 1800 W. Roscoe was once home to a pencil factory which had long previously closed its doors. As part of an over-all effort to revitalize and in-fill neighborhoods in Chicago, our company became a pioneer in loft redevelopments. We renovated the building initially as rental units. Later the building converted to residential condos in the heart of the Roscoe Village neighborhood. The building helped revitalize the neighborhood and created a new lifestyle in an old building.
