We have undertaken diverse projects and strategies – – often with no precedent to use as a model.  As a consultant we have helped implement strategies ranging from new product implementation to public banking.  As a development advisor we have undertaken commercial, community health and services, office, multi-family and single family housing, new construction as well as rehabilitation and adaptive reuse of historic buildings. In each undertaking our team has enhanced a sense of community.
