El Cruzero is 250 acre green-field development planned into two new Smart Code neighborhood developments destined to be the city center of the growing eastside of El Paso. On behalf of the private owner, a vision, a master plan, and a marketing strategy have been developed. Building Solutions was instrumental in obtaining City support for the plan in the form of incremental tax rebates. The project serves as an example of a leading example of more sustainable and transit friendly development which is tied to the needs of the market.
